The quality of the item is fair. It does look a little cheaply made but it’s cute. Customer service was professional, however, I inquired about a certain date for delivery and was told this was possible, but it didn’t happen and that was disappointing. I wouldn’t have ordered in that case. I wasn’t able to present gift at the event.
